India Gate Basmati Rice Mogra 10 Kg

Here's our easy basmati rice recipe: Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the 2 cinnamon stick, 2 cardamom pods, few cloves, and 1 teaspoon cumin seed. Cook and stir for about a minute, then add chopped onion. Saute the onion until a rich golden brown, about 10 minutes. Add basmati rice into the pot. Cook and stir the rice for a few minutes, until lightly toasted. Add salt and water to the pot, and bring to a boil. Cover, and reduce heat to low. Simmer until all of the water has been absorbed. Serve with day fry or curry.
