Basmati  Rice  has the aroma compound, 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline, which gives it a typical pandan (Pandanus amaryllifolius leaf) like flavour and is given loose weight wise. The More Dubar Basmati rice has long grains and the length is 3⁄4 th or more of the length of normal basmati rice. This rice is free flowing and the grains doesn't stick to each other after cooking. When cooked, it swells only length wise, thereby resulting in long slender grains that are dry, separate and fluffy. The basmati rice has a characteristic aromatic fragrance. It can be consumed along with gravy, curry and can be used to make pulao, biryani and other delicacies.
