Urad Black Split Chilka 500g

Urad Dal Split is similar to the regular Urad Dal, but their skin is retained in a creamy white and bland colour. This variety of dal is used in preparing batter for Idli, Dosa or Vada, a kind of savoury doughnut which can be savoured with chutneys and sambhar. Urad dal is also used in making of Papads, which is served along with Sambar and rice in South India.
