Tur Dal 500g

The yellow colour coated, nutrient filled dal, Tur dal or Pigeon Pea, is a widely used pulse used in the cooking of various Indian dishes. The containment of proteins and various amino acid supplements make them an essential diet to be included in our food. It is mostly used as an ingredient in Sambhar, a South Indian dish. Kichdi is an another dish which is prepared across India which comprises of Tur dal in major quantity.
